A gated community should mean a fairly secure community. The gates are very often out of service (due to the tenant and/or their guests). The exercise rooms, pools, etc are on a daily basis used by other than community residents. That places some residents at a disadvantage to use the facilities due to the person/s trespassing and using these areas.
Dumpster issue is an absolute joke. Simply put, they need two and sadly some residents can care less if they drop their trash in the parking areas.
Security is a concern with all the parties entering the property without permission or consent.
In all honesty, I guess it could be worse. The admin office seems to prioritize the collections of rent over the issues of concern noted here. I wondered my entire time residing there if the same background check is done on all applicants. Is it ''''
