Ever since it has gone condo conversion they treatment of current tenants has gone from bad to worse. You can't get a hold of anyone from the management side. Everything that was promised and used as a selling point, great fitness facility, beautiful landscaping, repairs done in a timely matter, friendly neighboors is no longer the case. We were forced to join a gym because the current facility is being "remodeled" even though it seems nothing is being done. The grass grows and is never cut, management is rude and it takes over a week for maintenance to fix repairs. This is by far the worse place I have ever lived and will get out as soon as possible. Neighbors are rude, and of low class- kids running throughout the streets, jumping in the pool dirty and fully clothed.

Via Lugano is a horrible investment, don't let the flowering trees deceive you.
