Wow, I have lived here for about 6 years and just found this web site. I am surprised to read some of these comments because most of the negativity is not true. Manager has been the same for years, very cordial and fair. Maintenance has been great servicing my unit over the years, usually same day service! The fitness center is fabulous. I am a renter by choice and have not had a bad experience whatsoever in regards to the conversion at this location. Tarragon has made Via Lugano a better place to live, truly.

Excellent review of the manager by the manager. How stupid do you think the readers are here? Probably as stupid as you think your tenants are.
