If I was a homeowner, I would be mad. The difference between the current management group, and previous is rediculous. The current group is horrible, usually blowing off calls for maintenance. Obviously no more background checks, for people moving in would of never passed before. Security is a joke, with the gate open most days. At night when there is a guard, he does not even look up when people drive past. Trash consistantly all over the grounds. I can not wait for my lease to be up!
