We've now been living in this nice gated community for 3 months. We have a great view of the Manatee River w/ easy access to the Riverwalk. All apartments have balconies, most of which are screened to defend the summer bugs. Manatee Memorial Hospital is w/in view. Just blocks from downtown Bradenton. A few more blocks to McKechnie Field, spring home of the Pittsburgh Pirates. 20 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Sarasota, 30 minutes to St. Pete, 45 minutes to Tampa.
The community itself has ample parking; a large, albeit unheated, swimming pool; a 24-hour fitness room; centrally located mailboxes; very friendly and efficient maintenance staff; community access internet; & perhaps most importantly, is a quiet environment.
