New owners and management company took over Luxuary Apartment complex on 11/21/03. Complained to new management about litter & pet residue on grounds, lanais becoming storage areas w/ washer/dryer units & furniture, and children riding bikes, scooters & rollerblading on sidewalks which all are in violation of lease agreement signed with prior owner/management company. Nothing done to remedy situation. No longer have stringent requirements to move in as now offering $99 move in special/$200 deposit. New leases that don't have same restrictions.
