Poor communication with management; Bad customer service

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
I was told by one apt manager lease went through; no problem. Gave move in date for 6 wks later. Put notice in at prior apt community and prepaid for movers. Was called by new manager and was told lease was not done and denied occupancy and did not honor previous managements verbal agreement. BAD BAD BAD Customer Service
