Location is pretty good for getting to activities downtown. The site is surrounded by easy access to the major routes in and out of town. Tampa International is 45 minutes in moderate traffic, I-75 and 275 are 12 minutes.
The staff seems to have gotten better at setting up community activities to keep the community engaged. Summer is coming and the pool is a lively place!
The rent is almost $100 per month too high for the area, in my opinion. I am sure they attribute that to the location, but what really detracts from that is the finish of the apartments, they were definitely slapped together with the cheapest fixtures, flooring, appliances, and cabinetry. I am hoping to shift to another apartment - give them a chance to do what needs to be done to get the one I am in up to standards.
Outside of the workmanship of the apartments, my only other issue would be with the population of dogs. Dog crap in the grass, barking, dogs off leash, etc..
Edit: Updated with my current 'star' ratings and recommendation.

Hummm... I guess you haven't looked at the other apartments the city has to offer. There is only one place that is a little nicer, but they don't do background checks on thier people. There really is NO better place in Bradenton. Rent is fair for all the noce things we have here a beautiful pool, nice fitness center, the riverwalk, and Rossi Park. Then there is plenty activities the office plans for us that is well worth staying here for, if there were any flaws.

Management improved since Nancy came aboard. The other idiots need to learn customer service or go back to their jobs flipping burgers.
Promanade will match the rents and its MUCH better, with less riff-raff

Yes, Nancy is a wonderful manager, very attentive and has had a lot of experience in her position. Jenn is also very helpful and does what she can, and since she lives there, she witnesses issues as the occur sometimes, and can get it handled. Rent is lowering slowly after signing my 3rd lease.

I visited 210 while shopping for a new apartment and it looks very nice and the staff seemed nice. The only thing that i noticed on my visit is that I hear a lot of dogs barking during the daytime. I like dogs, but would not have one in an apartment unless it was a very small dog.
Too many apartments that I have recently visited seem to now allow large dogs and besides the noise of constant barking, I feel that larger pets need more than an apartment to live in. It is like prison to a large dog where it is sentenced to a confined area and only gets to go out to the courtyard under supervision of the warden while cuffed to a chain.
Again the community is beautiful. Just not sure about all of these dogs barking.
