I have lived here for 4 years and things have continued to get better and better over time. This is THE location to be in Bradenton! Our apartements are very close to the river, we have a park, and the riverwalk right outside our gates. The landscaping here is beautiful and well kept, it is so green here, unbelievable. The people in the office has brought a newness here, along with the excellent maintence people. We have had 2 incredible pool parties, 2 happy hours, an ice cream pool party, and they even gave us food as we left for work in the morning a few times, we had a huge TV, pizza, wings, and all kinds of stuff at the superbowl party. These people know how to treat there people right. I will live here as long as the nice things continue to happen. This is the best place in the Bradenton/Sarasota area to be.
