The management is terrible. They don't respond to phone calls. Nor do they take care of noise issues or repair issues! Security is non responsive too! They are more concerned about how the office looks than how the development looks! More dog do-do on the grass than grass. Rent keeps going up for less and less service and lower quality of tenants! 3 different managers since June of 2006 and new corporate management company who doesn't do anything either! No wonder they have such a large ad campaign! people get fed up and move out.. Maybe if they did their jobs and kept the place up to standard and had people stick to the lease regulations and community rules and people were more considerate of their neighbors they wouldn't have such a huge turn over or tenants!

Wow, you have to be kidding!! Things get take care of within 24-hours. The place looks great. The Chamber of Commerce have recognized them for the past 3 years as the BEST community in Manatee County. Are you sure you have addressed your issues with the people in the office? They follow the lease policy to the "T" and they care about all of us here. I am amazed at your response.

This "tenant" must be living in a different place, or maybe they don't pay their rent on time. The office staff is great as well as everything else in the community. I've live here for five months and it is by far the best apartment I've lived in and I've lived in many places, in many cities. As for the turn over of residents...people are losing their jobs in Florida and everywhere else in this country. I know of two people near me who had to move because they lost their job not because they were unhappy here.
