I have been renting a three bedroom, two bath apartment for about three months now. So far, I love it here!! There were some maint. issues upon arrival, which were repaired immediatly. After two months, my kitchen sink got clogged, and the apartment complex had professional plummers here within a day to repair. The nights are so quiet, and peacefull. The laundry facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very large, clean apartments for a very reasonable price. The grounds are picked up daily!!! I feel very comfortable and safe here. Patrol cars make rounds often, and I am informed that the complex is in the process of hiring their own security also(can never be to safe). Drive by on a Friday or Saturday night, you will see absolutly nothing going on here!! I have also been informed that the kitchen cabinets and countertops are being updated very soon, which will make the place perfect in my opinion!! I have found home!!!! I am very happy here!!! This was a smart choice!!

You Patricia work in the office. This place is ------ infested lied about move in fees and the fact that it was a nice area. Why have four different people told me all bad hings about this place. This is why we never actually moved in. Thank god. We were about to move in when we saw things not fixed as promised. Got lied to about animal fees. $820 to live around trashy monkeys and spicks thanks god I gave it to the manager. We are in a far better place for $200 less dollars a month. Whew!

No, I do not work in the office. But I can tell you things have changed here. When I first moved in about a year and a half ago, it really was not a bad place. There were no issues at all and my family and I were happy. Now I am in this apartment and looking for a new place to live. My bathroom drains are slow, the one bathroom tub takes three days to drain. One bathroom toilet does not work at all. The leak under the kitchen sink has gone on so long the wood underneath is warped and rotting. The ac is leaking all over the carpets. The kitchen light has not worked for a while. There is a water leak in one of the bedroom closets from who knows where. The electric blinks all the time. And nothing is being done and yes they have known for a while. The pool has been locked up which is one reason why I moved here instead of a duplex I was looking at. The manager decided to punish everyone because some kid broke something at the pool. The new manager sends out sarcastic letters to the tenants, and trats us with lack of respect. He even knocked at my door once and got sarcastic with my visitor from PA when I was not home. My family is having health issues, scratchy eyes, and throat, which I can only guess is from all the moisture in this place. I was promised new kitchen cabinets, the ones here are old and painted over many times( never saw painted counter tops before) but once I paid the money I was told they could not afford to keep their promise. I will be leaving soon. I guess the only positive thing I can say any more is there are no roaches or rats. The comment djlazerx made about the trash monkeys and spicks was not neccessary. I would not recommend moving here. This is the worse housing decision I have every made, especially since new managment took over!!!
