Higher rents than most apartment complexes have driven tenants out of this place. When I moved to this place a few years back it was a good move since it was cheaper (or the cheapest at the time)for what they offer. And even though they don't offer any ammenities the price was reasonable for what they were offering which wasn't much. But about 2 years ago they decided to raise the rent $100.00 and people started moving out and rarely anyone moves in. If you check their buildings, each and everyone one of them has more than 75% of theirs apartments empty in each building and is without any doubt due to the fact that now: Rents in this place are higher than most other places. They don't have the ammenities that others do to compete! The building and apartments are old and they haven't made any type of improvements so the kitchen cabinets and other fixtures are old and outdated. They don't offer washer and dryer hook ups so you have to go to their laundry which lately is dirty and unkept most of the time. They don't take care of the grounds or keeping the stairs clean as they use to. You will have to go out of the complex to wash your comforters that are greater than a full size since they don't fit in their small washers.
There are many other reasons why I decided (like many others before me)to move out of this place. They are totally unreasonable! Their rents should be lower(much lower)than any other apartment complex... at least $100.00 lower, and with the economy the way it is, and people moving out of Florida for lack of employment this place will continue going downhill until they come to their senses and lower the rents accordingly.
