Besides walls being thin and hearing upstairs neighbor this complex is not as bad as some people think. Very few ------- or spicks. The ones that are here are older coloreds. It is mostly older white people. I rarely see police here. Only twice in six months. My problems get fixed same day and the apartments are very good shape for a place built in 1973. Pest control every three months and only had one bug since then. Elevators assist in move in. Very helpful if you are hurt too. Garbage chute for all three floors as well.
