OH! MY!! GOSH!!!
I just visited this place and I really have no idea how anyone can say anything positive other than the plans are quite generous!!! As I enter the complex it was obvious they don't take care of the grounds. The rental office is pretty... ;-/ (how can I put in a not so blunt way''').... well, lets say that just looks like the service desk of a greasy car repair shop. As I was taken to look for the apartment I see that the condition of the property was not well taken care of and the buildings were in urgent need of paint and repairs. Inside the first 2br 1bt was so smelly so BEWARE OF MOLE if you plan to rent there! The second Apartment, a 2br 2bt didn't smell as bad but still the I noticed that the kitchen cabinets surely need to be either fix or replace. The water tank closet was expose andthe vent seem to rusty. The bathrooms were hmmm... passable and the rest was up to a point ok specially for someone who has been homeless for a considerate period of time or who have live in a cheap trailer park for most of their lives. Overall, if after all that I have said you still want to rent in this place then from my part I wish you blessings and prayers since Luck is not going to help you at all. Go see for yourself! The only people that is crazy enough to give this place more than 2 stars has to be that... CRAZY!!!
