Very clean grounds with excellent landscaping. Buildings are well maintained and solidly built (spacious too). Your neighbors are racially diverse, and generally quiet. Lots of dogs, and barking gets loud. Quite a few kids, but they are not too noisy. Security patrol some nights, usually he sits in his car at entrance and talks on his cell phone. Tends to be a lot of lower social class residents. My neighbor has 5 dogs (inc. puppies) living on his balcony. He never walks them- they defecate in the balcony for his neighbors to smell. He just hoses it down once in a while and it drips all over the patio below. The office was notified and it's not as bad, but he still has them.
