I lived in braden lakes from 99-2003. Moved out because of Job Transfer. While there I never had a problem getting things fixed. Staff was Usually curteous and nice. Until it came time to move. Then they were quite a stickler over getting every dime possible. Other residents were usually pretty quiet but on occasion some real jerks moved in and made life a pain for awhile.

There are some residents who are not curteous to others and leave their dogs out on the balcony to bark and howl at passers by while they're gone to work or some such and as long as their rent check is on time and "good" the managers don't seem to do anything.

Partiers seem to be quickly run out after about two to three months and several comlaints to the sherriff's department.

Overall, the residents are eclectic in cultural differences and economic backgrounds so it just depends on where you're living in the complex.

The grounds are nice, they do have activities to help residents get to know one another, but very few actually participate.

Make sure you fix everything and clean up good after you move out. And don't expect to be getting any cash back, I dont care how clean you are.
