The Braden Lakes apartment complex if filthy. People dump old matresses, furniture, and garbage in the parking lot area and management does not attempt to put a stop to it. I am having difficulty with a filthy tenant above me whom trashes my porch area with their garbage. Kim and Linda sent out a notice to the tenant that resulted in a pile of cramp being placed on my porch. Trust me, you don't want to live hear! I rate this complex poor in all aspects.
