Just moved out of Braden Lakes, there was mold in the apartment and water stains on the 1st floor apartment ceiling. Management refused to help, wouldn't answer their phones and the promises to help never materialized.The parking lot flooded everytime it rained and police were called frequently for fights amongst tenants. After I moved and called so we could do my final walk through, they said that it was already done.
