I have lived here nearly four years because the price was reasonable. I will not be renewing my lease. Tenants are moving out nearly every day and not many people are moving in. Management constantly changes, problems go unresolved and you can rarely get a hold of them on the phone. Maintenance is performed due to error of messages taken. The inexperienced staff doesn't know how to handle the loitering, littering and vandelism problems they have. They only give pest control or change your air conditioner filters if you call, instead of monthly to keep problems from getting larger. Police are constantly called somewhere in the complex to resolve trouble. There are stains on the ceiling from leaks of the 2nd floor apartments. The cosmetic features that have been done in the last 3 years are being ruined by disrespectful tenants. Thousands of dollars in damage have been made to vehicles. If you want a quiet place to live, don't move here. Greystar is definitely lacking with the management here. Too bad the owners are in California and never see the place.

I agree with all of the above - I have been here for a short while and will be leaving shortly after the new year and breaking my lease on the reasons stated above. I don't think I can be held to my lease when they are not holding up to their part. The exercise room has never been open since I have been here. The older kids control the pool area, but that is ok the pool has mold growing in it anyway and is mostly green all the time. The police are hear on a regular basis and the security they hired picks on the people not bothering anyone. Greystar in no longer in charge as it is under yet another new management now by Junipter. Forget the calling, you never get a live person on the phone in the recreation hall (ooops sorry - new office space). It has been a constant battle to have things repaired in my apt since I have been here. Including electrical issues.

Im sorry you guys are having some of the same problems I was having when I lived there. I just moved out in Sept. Im the one that wrote about the shoot out in the parking lot. That place was horrible. I moved to sarasota into the Tuscany. Its so nice and clean here. Its just really expensive. I wish you both luck.

the people that live in braden lake are a dirt bag they are so nasty when they move out they dont clean fride they leave trash in the apt ect...the maint are the best i know they are so fast doing there job they soprice myself
