I lived her for almost 7 months now and have nothing but trouble upon trouble. Pest control being the major, electrical problems, mold, mold in the pool, broken air conditioning, don't be fooled either the weight room, the equipment is junk and I have never seen it work. The club house is now for the management and not the tenants. Not to mention it is has been under three different management companies in the short time I have lived here.

The roaches are bad! Out right embarressing and filthy. I had to contact Citizens Action to attempt to get stuff resolved. Even upper management is not interested, there claim to fame is turning it around on you.

Do you homework before moving - Braden Lakes is listed in the police blotter at least once a week. Most all the units are empty. People move ever day. It is not even saft to walk your trash at night to the dumpster as you may see someone peeing on the wall.

I have lived here for 5 years and enjoy the Community. Sounds like you are the problem. Learn how to spell!

Well I lived there for about 6 months and broke my lease for all of the same reasons.That place is a mess and the crime is TERRIBLE!!

In my opinion it depends on the building your located ! My problem is noise, tenants playing music..If I'm in a different apt, and I can hear your choice of music...IT'S TOO LOUD ! Construction could have been better. The office never answer their phones, that is terrible..People with pets should pick-up after them ! It's not fair for those that do pick-up to step into your dogs poop !!!They really need more help !!!

to the person who lives there for 5yrs and main concern is someomnes spelling...your probly the kind that should stay there. obviously yiur not aware of what quality is. i lived there longer than 5 yrs and the other reviewer of 8yrs was right. when jennifer was mgmnt& dave was head mnt that place was beautiful and kept like it was there own home.you want to defend them? let me see you go in the pool!if so brave with your petty small minded comment but responded anonymously.
