I think the maintenance workers are incompetent and need to be replaced. I have called and asked for assistance from them only to have them show up a month later to fix what I wanted. They drive around all day doing no work and hang out with friends, and at night I have seen them hang out drinking beer in front of their apartment. They are incompetent and unprofessional and they do not represent this apartment community in a good light. I think if they see someone doing something wrong, they should say so instead of joining in on the action.
