i lived in beaden lakes for 8 years. the prior owners and managment team were the greatest. since this people took over people were forced out because they wanted to go condo and if you were not interested they would not renew your lease. a women who lived there since it was built. at the age of 84,being able to stay by all prior mgmnt at a controlled rent,was forced to move out by raiseing rent that she couldn't afford.after i moved out i was served with paperwork stateing i owed $200.00 for clean up.they ststed repairs needed for screens,carpet and replacement of blinds etc.
just b/4 new take over,screens were replaced by office so all apts matched,carpet was 6mnths old. because i lived there so long they gave it to me and blindsn replaced from empty apt downstairs because they were starting upgrades on the empty ones. the women(girl) who acts like a manager is unproffessional,nieve to her job and does not belong dealing with people.the new mngmnt is cheap and unaccomadateing.
which is why i'm guessing they could't sell them as condo's.i also see the rent is way down from what they were pushing people out with.in eight yrs my rent from $625 -$750,they raised my rent to 1000.00 if was not going to buy if went condo, dirty nasty people and will never see a dime of my money.
