My husband lived here quite a few years ago and it was his favorite complex in Bradenton! We moved in with our mother last year and it has gone downhill so fast. She loved it when she moved in, but since the new ownership, it is horrible! I would NOT recommend it to anyone. The grass was mowed maybe once every two months and my dogs were shorter than the grass, we couldn't even pick up the poop. When she called the office on it, they said they were going to be doing it that week, which usually turned into 2 weeks later. Then, it was a horrible mowing job. Maintenance requests were put in on numerous occasions, and never replied to. She had to call back a week later, and still had to wait a few days for simple things. The office staff is very rude on the phone and in person (there is one girl there who is nice). The complex has residents who scream and fight all night long outside and the cops have been there numerous times for different residents. There were numerous beehives outside our apartment, and my om is very allergic to them, so she was stuck inside the house until they came to spray them. When they sprayed the hives, they didn't knock them down, so they kept regrowing more within a month. Finally, I went to the office and told them it needed to be done NOW. They came over and I made them knock them down. They tore out a screen next door to get to one, instead of climbing a ladder. The maintenance guys are always driving around on their golf carts screwing around. Every time I was at the pool, they were talking to girls about parties. The pool was closed numerous times for clenliness issues and residents weren't informed of this or when it would be fixed. The new management company took out the hot tub also. This was a big part of us living there! You don't need a key to get into the pool, so anyone can go there, which can be dangerous. The volleyball courts are so full of weeds, that you can't even play. We moved out of there as soon as we can, so maybe it has changed in the last few months, but it is no longer a great place to call home. I do not recommend this to anyone, which is a shame, because the location is perfect!! Plus, I see that you an rent here for 594, but we paid 918. People also had their dogs otside without leashes and sometimes without owners all the time! They have a parking lot light that has been out and knocked down for 6 months and haven't fixed it yet!
