I moved in at the end of 2006. It was okay then, but it has become unacceptable. The people in the office are rude and condescending, and they're rarely in the office when they say they will be. They advertise a pool, but the pool has been closed since January. Just about every machine in the fitness facility and the laundry room is broken. Sometimes, they let the grass grow to more than 2 feet. They lie and say they have a security guard, but no one has seen him for almost a year. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Braden Lakes complex is very friendly and the staff are very warm,helpful and friendly. The ground keepers keep the grounds and apartments in excelent condition.I wish we had a hot tub!!!!! Kelly,Alyssa, Whitney,Harry,Luis and Jason are a great team.

These responses are coming from the office staff or asscociates most likely. I tell you, beware of this place. They are sneaky, dishonest, and they have a lot of hidden fees which they don't mentioned until you have already sign the lease. They tell you they will take care of things but they don't do anything, and the story of the mail keys is absolutely true... check how many other apartment complexes charge fees to get keys. Knock on doors, talk to neighbors. Is the only way you can find out how "great" this place is. Don't find yourself on anything but something exactly as the model they show you. If you do, you can brake the lease for not honoring their contract. Use the press and every agency necessary to expose this people if you suspect you are a victim of them. Know your rights and fight for them.

Dear Mr./Mrs. Anonymous, Sounds as if you need to get schooled on a few things. First of all, after reading ALL of you anonymous negative posts (Which for some reason you dont have the valor to post your username!?!). After speaking with MY neighbors (In which I have over 20 in my building), I did not run across one neighbor whom was unhappy!! You speak about renters insurance, please re-read what you wrote! I am an insurance agent and the insurance covers the RENTER'S PROPERTY AND THEIR VEHICLE!!! It is just like homeowners insurance but I am sure all you do it rent apartments and sit around your apartment all day writing negative things about where you have lived.... Great life! In regards to the mail box key, when I was applying for my apartment, I signed that I was aware that I would have to pay a deposit for the key. I asked them why and it is because the USPS owns those boxes. Braden Lakes has no control over this. In regards to "The Office Staff" are writing responses, I can assure you I do not work for the Office. Is is really hard to believe that alot of residents are happy.?.? As for your other posts, it would be a waste of my time to address all of your ignorance! Anonymous, Keep up the great job being miserable in this only life you live!!!
