THE $85.00 WATER LATE FEE!!!

This is outrageous!!! If you are late one single day they charge you $85.00 dollars in late fees for the water! YES! Eighty five dollars! So if your bill is half that you are screwed. Unbelievable! What utilities company does that' You have to pay your utilities to THEM, and you never get a receipt or bill from the water company. Why is that' This could be illegal! Prepare to ask these individuals the name of the water company because I think this is another of their tricks to overcharge you for nuisense expenses.
I want the manager to have the valor to contradict this and other accusations expose here! Come on in if you can you cowards! Why do you charge $85.00 dollars and who is your water company I want to talk to them in person.
