This place is great for the older generation appears to be built around them. Not for the animal kind for the weight limit only being 25lbs, and on a normal animal weight being 32lbs just is not suffice. Rent is good for location and scenery but maintence and security purposes not being top priority. Parking is a nightmare for there is no assigned parking and some residence have three cars or more and takes up little room to park that there is. Office personel are lacking in the customer relations and they do just what is convient for them(the whole staff security, maintence, etc.). The stay was unpleasant and would not recommend it to anyone. Go ahead go down for fun in the sun but not at this place you wont be able to enjoy it!
