I can't speak for the Flats but the Townhomes are excellent. Quiet, solidly built and an overall wonderful place to live.
The patios are large and you can plant anything you'd like to brighten up your own little " green space ".
I rode out all the hurricanes of 2004 here and felt safe and secure.
The office staff are friendly and very helpful and quick to get repairs done as needed.
I'm going to be relocating to Oregon, but if I ever come back to Florida, this is where I'd want to live.
