Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We've lived here 1 1/2 years on the Manatee River. The view is the best! The price is reasonable, even on renewal of lease. Love water & partial cable being included. Office staff always friendly. The apartment is spacious compared to other complexes. Problems: insufficient air conditioning for 2nd floor units - cooling does not reflect cost; some maintence sloppy & not tustworthy - depends on who you get; no washer/dryer in units; & at times parking -not assigned spaces.
