I love this place! I moved around a lot while I was going to school here and this place was honestly the best priced, nicest area to live. The view was gorgeous and really made me feel at home. It was very quiet, I never had any problems with noise at all. I can't speak for the maintanence because I never had any problems that needed to be fixed. The kitchen was kinda '70s style and a tad on the ugly side but really, everything else made up for it. You have to drive through this place, the location and the view are really great. I strongly recommend this place to anyone, I would move back in a heartbeat.
