We lived at C.A. and loved it so much !!! It was such a wonderful place with so many nice people always ready to help. The office staff was very efficient and always very friendly!! The new manager is wonderful!!! She cares about everything and everyone and has made such a wonderful improvement !!!!! The grounds always looked so nice - always clean and groomed. The Courtesy Guards were great and it was very comforting knowing that they were there 24 hours. The Maintenance workers kept things working. Need a great place to live' Carlton Arms is the place !!!
