I am a 25 year old female. I have been living here for almost a year. I moved here from out of state and I think it is a good place to live while you get to know the area and figure out where you really want to live.

Most of the time parking is fine but sometimes I don't have any place to park near my townhouse and have to park across the street or even on another street 3 or 4 buildings over. Of course this is a sad inconvenience when I have to carry multiple bags of groceries at night.

I was very disturbed to come home and find a maintenance worker in my home. He said that I had called and complained about my stove not working properly. I assured him I hadn't. He left, but the ironic fat is now that he has "fixed" a stove that was not broken, half of it doesn't work now.

My shower has stopped working. It shoots water out through the faucet as well as the shower head when I am trying to take a shower and the water only stays hot for about 4 minutes.

My dishwasher has never worked but now tries and attacks me as I enter the kitchen. By that I mean - the bottom just pops off at will and has been known to hit my unsuspecting toes and/or ankles. - ouch!

I have to mention my fence, I was sitting in my couch looking out of the patio door and two boards from the privacy fence just fell of and onto my patio. I praised god that my five year old son or nephew were not out there at the time. I also have to say that the fence door to my patio has always been threatening to fall apart - since I moved here anyway.

Also unfortunately my neighbor makes me and my best friend feel very uncomfortable. For whatever reason, my married with kids female neighbor thinks that I- A beautiful, highly educated, and fashionably dressed, fifth grade teacher, or my very best friend who is very handsome and even more so educated as a physical therapist, is going to- what- attack her or something. She cowers when we exit at the same time and ushers her children and pets away from us. She even waits and runs to and away from her vehicle when she thinks we are near. I don't like feeling like I a menance. I don't see how my perfectly coordinated shoes and dresses could frighten her - or could it be my coffee and cream complexion' Either way I am ready to go.

Final take - I like the quiet streets. I think that the old retirees who just so happen to have the task of guarding the place - are friendly and funny. But I the deteriorating townhouse is making me more than ready to go!!!
