I am so happy living at Carlton Arms. Yes, the buildings are 30 or so years old. Yes, they have outdated kitchens or bad laminate updates on the cabinets. But we also have a fantastic river view, an open floor plan, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ample convenient parking, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a guardhouse and a quiet environment. The maintenence staff has always answered our requests quickly, once even within 5 minutes at 9:00 pm! (for the person with the holes in the ceiling, I just don't get it. When that happened to a friend here, her's was repaired within 2 hours!) It's family friendly, but I really wish there was somewhere for my child to play. The nearest park is not close by and there is no playground here. Overall, I could never afford what I have here if I were to purchase a home on the river. It's a priceless location cheap.
