Square footage is decent for the price being paid for rent. Pool is heated most of the time. View of the river is beautiful and serene, ponds and lakes are pretty too. No problems with maintenance, they were prompt when I have called. Laundry room and gym needs a major makeover. Laundry is tight and small, I'm always fighting with people on weekends to get my clothes done. Do not think of what they have is a "gym." They have 2 really old treadmills,bikes. Really outdated stuff and not one decent piece of machinery, like a nice elliptical would be nice.They have one big piece of heavyweights. Gym's TV buttons have been broken for months now and it only receives 2 channels. Whenever the sprinklers go off, the water leaves a nasty hard stains on my windshield and the water always smells like poop. The regular monthly pest guy usually barges right in to the apartment after what he calls a "knock." This is ridiculous as one time I was in the shower and was not aware a "pest man" has entered my apartment with his key to spray the kitchen and porch. It was definitely a WTF moment! Other than that for negatives, positives are cheap rent, beautiful view and pools, closeness to Anna Maria island and beaches, and several convenient places nearby such as gas stations, restaurants, supermarkets, and I-75 all within 5 minute drive.

Why didn't you put on your chain lock while you were showering? I am sure that you are notified of your monthly spray date so this really shouldn't have been a surprise. Seems to me you should pay more attention.
