A wonderful place to call home.

I love coming home. Driving up SR 64 and looking over at the back of my community makes me proud. I pull in and am greeted by the guys at the gate, then drive through the beautiful landscape to get to my apartment. I always have a parking space right out front and my neighbors are awesome.
My apartment is beautiful. I love everything from the new appliances, carpet and tile floor. My patio is huge and over looks a lighted lake. I can even bar-b-que on my patio. On the 4th of July we went to the pool located right on the river and watched the fireworks display that the city put on. It was great. The pool areas are beautiful and clean. The entire community is for that matter.
We are happy here and are proud to say that we live at Carlton Arms.
