Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Price is good for what you get, view is nice.
Maintanence people are nice, office staff a little shifty, give and take depending on the Managers attitude. Manager has no common sense when it comes to customer relations, very moody, depends on how many cordials he has comsumed the prior evening or morning.
