I have been living here for almost 3 years now and all I can say is that the complex as a hole is second to none. Indeed there are some negatives, but compared to the positives they are a drop in the ocean. Negatives such as the rent that goes up every single year and makes you feel uncomfortable paying so much. The other thing is that interior of the appartment should have been taken more care and besides the bedroom 's closet there s not much space to store things but but other than that, I have no complains at all. The whole environment is the best someone can find in the area; as soon as you cross the gate you enter in a whole different world that makes you forget the problems of the day and an air of relaxation and calmness starts blowing around you. The security is always makes its presence known but they NEVER bother you by entering in your apartment to check, see or whatever. It is a safe place to live, I never encountered neither heard of any burglary incidents and stuff. All the neighbours I had seemed as if they were chosen carefuly by the people that rent apartments there. I go out ot the apartment for a walk, to the wal mart, to the laundries and most of the times I dont even have to lock my door. The Maintenance addressed my problems promptly, every time I needed them. As of the people working in the Leasing Office, they are a team of which you cant distinguish someone as "better" than the other; they are all VERY polite, ready to help you, kind and treat you the way a resident deserves to. Even for minor issues, that any other Leasing Office would have simply turned their back on you, they deal with them and make you feel that you are treated as a decent individual and not as a... pocket. In that specific Carlton Arms, you feel like you belong there and that nobody sees you as a... wallet. The day that I leave, will be a sad day for me.
