Now that the community has changed hands, I hate living here! Berkshire Properties has destroyed the feeling of safety I once felt in this community. I feel like the management has attitude issues and the Property Manager is very argumentative. This complex once felt like home - now I can not wait to give my notice!

Yes, Berkshire better find a new property manager, since the current manager has all but disconnected herself from the tenants and never comes out of the office. They need someone who walks around the property, to see what goes on.

this is true.she is a fat lazy person and makes promises and then does nothing. we got robbed here and she would not even tell anyone about it. the grounds are terrible. takes a month to get things fixed here. said we would all get new appliances etc in our homes. where are they other than they raise your rent and tell you have 2 moths to give notice and they have not even given you a week to reply. whats up with that

no doubt..my husband and I were previous renters there and we lived in the community when it was the Carriage Club and also when it changed hands. The fat%ss in the office and we all know who I'm talking about jipped us out of almost $300.00 at moveout. I suggest everyone that has a complaint about this place to file with the BBB. There is already one complanint that I know of for The Preserve at Manatee Bay on there and it's mine. I hate absolutley HATE the manager of that place and I have taken further action with the president of the company for Berkshire Property Advisors. Jennifer Barclay is the manager's name so hopefully if you ever see this name you will know that your experience at that property will not be a nice one. THE PROPERTY LOOKS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!!!!!! I am happy to say that we have moved on into a better community with professional management not WHITE TRASH!!
