I just renewed my lease! Since the new management came in, The Preserve at Manatee Bay (Carriage Club) has significantly improved and is very well maintained. Not to mention they are very personable. I love living here.

so you would recommend this property to someone who is moving from out of state and never been to this property before? I have a 1yr old and need to be sure of safety for my family...have you had any problems with noise, break ins, damage to vehicles? anything like that?

Yes, this is a safe area. I live and work nearby. Very little crime in this part of town.
