I lived in a 1/1 and then transferred to a 2/2. I loved the old staff. Alyssa and Jessica were very attentive to the residents and Harry was amazing when it came to maintenance. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it very well. The apartments always looked nice and were well kept. When the new management took over, things took a turn for the worse. They started "renovating", which meant tearing up apartments. They inconvenienced a lot of people. The new manager is rude and condescending. I called because my water heater was sparking and the maintenance came, 2 days later, and told me to turn off the circuit breaker. That was the solution' What about hot water' I threatened to call the fire dept. because of fire hazard, so they came back...2 days later, to fix it...Maintenance had no clue...and they broke things in your house when they were supposed to be fixing things. Payed extra for washer and dryer- they only worked while Harry was there. Once the new maintenance came and I reported them breaking, they never got fixed!!! The maintenance man told me he lived in Melbourne and that's why it took forever to fix things(because he wasn't there every day). They changed pest control frequency and we didn't have a lot of bugs, but after that there was an occasional roach(about 2/month) and I HATE roaches. We had LOUD upstairs neighbors(played drums at 3AM, wrestling, and did lots of drugs) and even had our car vandalized. When we reported it, the property manager did nothing. The hot tub is never hot, the pool is always dirty. The surrounding area and location is great- too bad the new property manager isn't! Mailman is Woody- very nice man and friendly. Too bad he doesn't work there. When property changed hands a lot of people got upset. Used to be a community. Now, watch your back. The apt. manager doesn't like a lot of people and if she doesn't like you, she will do what she needs to screw you over. Luckily, I got out before it got bad. I heard nightmares from other residents. Find another community, this one is going downhill...

Never again will I pay money to be talked to the way that property manager talked to me...

WOW....it's like we lived at 2 different places!!! While I agree, the maintenance staff and the leasing rep Jessica with the previous owners were very nice Alyssa was not. She was never available for me and always seemed to have an attitude!! I also agree that the renovations were a huge inconvenience however they were MUCH NEEDED and I was willing to live with it to get to the end result. I even went and spoke with the manager a few times about this because it seemed to be taking forever and she re-assured me that the end product would be well worth the wait!! She was right. I know some people didn't like her but she didn't put up with any crap and typically those that didn't like her were those that either didn't pay the rent on time,(or at all), didn't follow the rules or didn't like the rules she was enforcing. Unfortunately she is now gone and the standards of this property must have gone with her. They are letting anyone and everyone move in now. Drug dealers, gang members, dead beats, anything to fill apartments. Maintenance is still very slow and usually has to come back to fix again, right this time. I've complained more than once about the all night parties at the pool (which are usually involving the staff) and of course nothing is done. I find the leasing rep they have now to be extremely rude, negative and just unhelpful. I would rather have Alyssa back then her. I've also heard, though I can not confirm with my own knowledge, that she was allowed to move in with animals that do not meet the guidelines of animals banned from the property. I questioned the manager and was told he can not discuss a tenants personal information with me. Doesn't seem right!! I have decided after SEVERAL years that, even with the beautiful landscape and all the new stuff, it's just not home anymore. No one cares like they used to so I have moved out.
