it's was a good neighborhood long time ago, but now a lot has changed like the residents, crime and neighborhood. They have new office personnel and the assistant doesn't know that much and wont transfer your call to the boss so you can get those answers. A lot more kids in the area and police galore on certain days. The structure is thin so you can hear everything and everybody. The rent goes up an theres nothing to show for the rent going up like new playground, pool, remodeling or something you know. I have been there for some odd years over all its not the worst but definitely not the best either

I currently stay in these apartments. I have had many problems with my neighbors being loud and shooting guns all hours of the night. Not to mention sittin outside all night selling drugs. I now am dealing with a bug problem. My house is VERY clean and since my neighbors moved out it is horrible. The are everywhere, I have even seen them in my fridge!? When you try to talk to the office they listen and take no action. Not to mention they will call EVERY number on your application and tell them all your business. My rent was 2 days late and my parents got a call (they are my emergency contact) and told them I was late, how much I owe now and that they are going to kick me out! I wouldn't recommend this apartment to ANYONE! Beware!

I've moved from there since I put up the review but I see nothing has changed. Even though the area is rough n tha apartments are not the best. They are really quick to keep you out there by offering you new carpet when your due to that after being 2 or 3 years. The new office staff are hands down ridiculious well the manager is some what helpful but not the assistant. Sorry you caught it at such a bad time
