When we first moved into Conquistadorit was stated that they try to put the same age groups together in a building. Well as it stands to date there are young college kids, a mother/boyfriend with 3 kids that live on both sides of us. There is constant noise and when you call to complain nothing is ever done. We have called several times to report problems and of course you end up calling weeks later with the same problem because no one ever comes to fix it. While the front of the complex is nice, the back is not taken care of. There are alot nicer/cheaper apartments in Bradenton without these problems.
