I picked this place because it seemed alright and I honestly didn't look too hard. The buildings are a mess as is the property. The property managers are perfect at displacing blame and putting band-aids on major problems. Cars keyed, under age parties, loose pets running around, leaky roofs, ants, you name it. Some fresh paint and new carpeting would be nice. We often wonder where all the money that each resident is paying goes to. I can assure you it isn't put back into the apartment complex. The buildings are 16 years old and it is very apparent. The in complex cop is a joke. Other residents guests park in our assigned spot. Kids screaming and running through the buildings. I have had a leaking roof the entire time I have lived here and it is always being 'fixed' yet somehow is always leaking. I asked the roofer what the problem was and he said my apartment manager is waiting for a hurricane to rip the roof off so they can collect insurance money and THEN replace it. That sums up how much they care about the residents.
