I would really recommend this place to everybody who is looking for a quiet place. I used to live right near a big street before and to wake up here first morning and ever since, I can't complain. The location is very convenient too, on the corner of US 41 and Cortez Rd almost. You have Publix, Ross right around the corner. Maintenance is very effective, fast and responding to any problem. Parking is no problem to me, with one car and assigned spot, most of the time you find a close spot for guests easily [I guess only once my rental car was parked just little bit farther].
I live in one bedroom and it's getting rather small for us three [me, my boyfriend and a cat], considering to get a dog too. Problem is you can't have a dog here. Also, there's no balcony [in my building], which would be very convenient for me and my cat. I don't know how should I rate the noise isolation, but I never hear my neighbours, opposite to one below me who hears even sounds and noises I never make. Then he complains about me to manager few times and I never met the guy till now, coward. Managment also didn't discuss with me those complaints and gave me notice [warning] right away.
Other than that, most of the neighbours are very nice. That's where I should give my five to management, Jeff tries to get non problematic people here.
You also can't drive motorcycle in the area, which my boyfriend would love to get, another reason for us to move out. Also, living on the 3rd floor is not my dream anymore especially with laundry in the office building].
In general, if you like quiet place, nice, without problems and don't mind many people living around, close to stores, it's fine.
If you're young, you would probably consider a place where you can play stereo at NORMAL level, with fitness, your own laundry, dog, look somewhere else.
