These are nice apartments, especially when you consider the area around them. They are clean and well maintained. The people that live and work there are great people. Yeah, there are some problems with roaches, but, it is Florida and if you do have a problem with them, then you only think you're in Florida, your not really there. Everyone has a roach problem there. Beautiful place, great place to live. Right next to a shopping center.
