When I moved here, a friend had lived here for years and I thought that it sounded live a really good deal. Bad idea! As soon as I moved in I noticed carpet stains starting to surface all over the house. Soon after an enormous infestation of termites started showing up. Roaches and spiders were common also. I do respect the maintenance men as they really work hard everyday, but there supplies are so outdated nothing is really kept up with right. The whole property needs tented and the manager basically told me that since I lived in the more upscale "Townhouse" she wasn't surprised to hear that we had bad termites. However, all that the crew did to help was spray. She told me herself that there were infested in the wooden frame of the townhouse! How comforting does that sound! I did the right thing... broke my lease and ran as fast as I could!
