ok so first when we move in they say we get a month's rent free and that we have 3 month to move out without any problems with the lease contrac. we're getting ready to move out and now they want to tell us that we have to pay $900 to cancel the contrac and again i say its been less then 3 months and that we still have to pay a months worth of rent. so now we're stuck paying $1800 which i dont think i'll cough up to them over all this bull. maintenanceis ok. if you get home after 5- 5:30 get ready to walk. the staff is horrible and for those who have pets get ready to pay a deposit fee for them and extra monthly charges on top of that.
