The place has never been a five star hotel style property,but in the last three or four months it has gone downhill fast.The office staff was good and the last two or three years maintenance was great.Recently however the office staff keeps changing and when they do get good staff they quit.The maintenance people used to be awesome.They fixed it right the first time and if they couldn't they explained why and always kept you informed with what was going on.I see there is a new manager in maintenance who is a loud mouth fool that has no idea what he is doing.The best guy they had just recently quit and I'm sure it's because of him.Whatever the reason is,I can assure you I will NOT renew my lease.Half the lights on the property are out most of the time,the parking sucks,and there have been several vehicle break ins and vandalism the last couple months.It's sad to see so much hard work go down the drain because of one bad employee.

They are letting in lots of low life now. Goofs with their baseball hats on sideways and pants hanging down. I'm outta here in 2 months, yay!

I've had oodles and oodles of problems with my apartment. For a while, it was raining in so badly I had to have pots standing on the floor to catch the water in! It's a sad thing bc it could be a really nice place. Now, I'm putting all my hopes to the new manager; he has won some sort of "best places to live" rewards earlier, maybe he can heave this place out of the gutter as well. It's going to take some hard work for them, I hope they can turn it around.
