Management isn't bad, quick to react to issues.. maint. isn't too bad.. somewhat quick.

Only complaints are lack of parking and the fact that those that live at a nearby apartment complex steal all the parking for Fountain Lake's (at the 5580 building) which is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Other complaint is age of building.. All the walkways are wood plank.. very slippery in the rain, no cover from the rain when it does rain (which is everyday in Fla), and in our particular unit the A/C was horrible.. took 2 or 3 full days to cool down if it was ever turned off.

Other slight complaint is of the tennants.. not in the best area, most of the pet owners are very irresonsible, don't clean up after walking their dog, don't keep them on a leash, etc.. but that isn't Fountain Lake's fault. I kind of wish Fountain Lake had min. income restrictions.

Other then those two complaints, no other issues..Would recommend it as a first home.
