I realize that most reviews on these sites represent the minority, and are typically whiny teenagers and 20-somethings. I'm here to represent the majority.

This place is a dump. Not only is the building falling apart, but there is NO good parking and barely anything works. We've had problems with our refrigerator, disposal, A/C unit (3 times), and the phones. Phone problem was because when a tenant moves out and they paint, they paint over everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Paint over electrical outlets, paint over light switches, paint over phone plates.. it's rediculous.

As the other reviewer mentioned, all the walkways are wood. I've fallen twice, my wife once; both of us in the rain (which, as the other post said, there is no walkway covers). The stairways are made out of wood, the handrails are always off of the wall and just laying in the middle of the stairs, the wood groans when you step on it, the lights are never working so one experiences this in the dark.

Don't get me started on safety. This place is in the ghetto. Cars are stolen and broken into DAILY. There are constantly accidents in the parking lot from drunk tenants (in the middle of the day). The garbage disposals on the first floor dump out into the "landscaping island" (a dead bush and a few rocks laying around in some sand) which is DISGUSTING and SMELLY.

Overall this place is trash, as are most of the tenants. If you are middle class, don't live here. Management won't like you if you are under 25 years old (they actually pick favorites and let you know this!), and you will have to deal with the police at least once or twice when you live there.

Move somewhere else.
