The place was all right when we first moved in. But the place has gone down hill from there and keeps getting worse. We have noise problems everyday. Management does nothing about noise complaints. People continue to trash the property and yet management does nothing about it. The insides are nice but definitely not nice enough to put up with all the stuff that goes on here. Do not waste your money.

Fountain Lake isn't going down hill. Take a look, it's really nice. I see the owner himself working on the grounds & the renovations!
